Return Policy
AI Storybook provides digital products, including subscriptions, premium access, and story packs. Because these products are delivered digitally, they cannot be returned like physical goods.
Digital product policy
All purchases are tied to the app store account used at checkout. Digital products may include subscription benefits, premium features, and consumable story credits used to create stories or illustrations.
- Subscriptions provide premium access for the active billing period.
- Story packs are consumable credits and may be reduced when story creation is used.
- Premium unlocks and subscriptions are verified before access is granted.
- Prices and taxes may vary by country, currency, and store account.
Refund handling
Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made. If you purchased through Google Play, use Google Play purchase history. If you purchased through the Apple App Store, use Apple purchase history. Magic Studio can help investigate access issues but cannot directly reverse store payments.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew, cancel, and refund according to Google Play or Apple App Store rules. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but may not automatically refund a past billing period. You can manage subscription status from your store account settings.
Story packs
Story packs are one-time consumable digital credits. Once story credits are delivered or used to create content, refund eligibility may be limited by store policy. If purchased stories do not appear after a valid purchase, use Restore Purchases or contact support through the app store support channel.
Failed delivery or access issues
If payment succeeds but access is not granted, first check your network connection and use Restore Purchases. Magic Studio may ask for a store order reference, product ID, or account identifier to investigate the issue. We do not ask for full card numbers or payment passwords.
