Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using AI Storybook, you agree to these terms. If you use the app on behalf of a child or family member, you are responsible for supervising that use and for ensuring that uploaded content is appropriate and permitted.

Family-friendly use

AI Storybook is intended for creative, family-friendly storytelling. Users may not upload, request, create, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, or harmful to children.

Uploaded photos and user content

You are responsible for the photos, names, prompts, and other details you submit. You should upload only content that you own, control, or have permission to use. Uploaded photos are private and are used only to generate requested story content, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Generated stories and images

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable without review. Parents or guardians should review generated stories and images before sharing them with children or outside the app. Magic Studio may improve, change, or limit generation features to protect users and maintain quality.

Purchases, subscriptions, and story credits

• Subscriptions, premium unlocks, and story packs are digital products.
• Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Story credits are used within AI Storybook and have no cash value outside the app.
• Magic Studio may verify purchases server-side before granting access or credits.
• Misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass purchase verification may result in access limits.

Privacy and security

User privacy matters. Uploaded photos and story details are treated as private user content and are used only for the features selected by the user. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on data processing, payment security, and user rights.

Service availability

AI Storybook depends on app stores, cloud services, AI generation systems, and network availability. Features may change, pause, or stop when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, or product updates.

Changes to these terms

Magic Studio may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of AI Storybook after updates means the updated terms apply.
